This policy explains what information Novelus LLC ("Novelus", "we", "us") collects through novelus.co, how we use it, and the choices you have. Novelus LLC is a Tennessee company. If anything here is unclear, email shane@novelus.co.
What we collect
When you request a free income estimate, we collect what you type into the form:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- The property address
- The number of bedrooms and bathrooms
- The current or target monthly rent, if you give it
- Whether the home is furnished
- Any photos of the home you upload
- Any notes you add
To keep spam and automated abuse out of the form, we also collect technical data sent with each request: your IP address and the signals produced by Cloudflare Turnstile, our spam check.
If you book a call, Calendly collects the details you enter on its booking page, such as your name, email address, and chosen time.
If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence.
How we use it

- To evaluate whether your property is a fit for Novelus
- To contact you about Novelus services by email or phone
- To block spam and keep the form working
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our business. They handle your information on our behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and provides the Turnstile spam check.
- Google Workspace handles our email.
- Our database and file storage provider stores form submissions and uploaded photos.
- Calendly handles scheduling when you book a call.
- BNBAnalyzer receives the property address, bedrooms, bathrooms, and rent so it can produce a revenue estimate for the home.
This site loads its typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser requests the font files from Google. If a video is shown on the site, it is loaded from YouTube or Vimeo only after you press play.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we evaluate your property or, if you become a client, while we manage it. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we need to keep some of it for legal or accounting reasons.
Your choices
To see the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, email shane@novelus.co. If you no longer want to hear from us, tell us by replying to any message or emailing that address.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above.
